The Malaysia Autoshow 2025 Tickets Giveaway
1. Eligibility
The Malaysia Autoshow 2025 Tickets Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to all Malaysians aged 18 and above. Employees of the organiser, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period
The Giveaway will start from 1 October 2024 to 31 December 2024. Any entries received after 31 December 2024 will be disqualified.
3. Participation
Participants must fulfil all specified requirements and instructions, which may include, but are not limited to, participating in promotional activities, completing relevant surveys, or meeting any conditions established by the organizer.
Incomplete entries or failure to meet the Giveaway requirements will result in disqualification.
4. Reward
Eligible participants will receive one entry ticket to the Malaysia Autoshow 2025 (the “Reward”), subject to availability and the organiser’s terms and conditions. The Reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. Winner Notification
Qualifying participants will be notified about the Reward via email, phone, or social media by 31 December 2024. The organiser reserves the right to withdraw or withhold the Reward if the participant cannot be contacted or fails to claim it within the specified timeframe.
6. Imitation of Liability
The organiser is not responsible for any losses, damages, or expenses related to the Giveaway, including but not limited to technical failures, incomplete or delayed entries, or issues beyond the organiser’s control.
7. Disqualification
The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entries suspected of fraudulent activity, manipulation, or violation of the Terms and Conditions.
8. Amendments and Cancellation
The organiser reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions or cancel the Giveaway at any time without prior notice. In such cases, participants will not be entitled to any compensation or damages resulting from the changes or cancellation.
9. Privacy
By participating, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of this Giveaway and any other promotional activities deemed necessary by the organizer. Personal data will be handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
10. Governing Law
The Giveaway and its Terms and Conditions are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes arising will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions.
