DATE: 9th – 15th May 2025 (Friday until Thursday)
VENUE: MAEPS Serdang
OPENING HOURS: 10AM to 10PM (Last entry: 9:30PM)
TICKET PRICES
- Weekday: RM20 per person/day
- Weekend/public holiday: RM25 per person/day
- Each ticket is valid for one day only at the Malaysia Autoshow
Concession (Proof of age (MyKad/MyKid/Passport) is required before entrance):
- OKU (with valid OKU card) – Free
- Senior citizens 60 and above – Free
- Women will get a 50% off discount on 13th May (Eligible only for on-site purchase with verification)
- Students are entitled to a 50% discount on 14 May upon presentation of a valid IC/MyKid or student ID (Eligible only for on-site purchase with verification.)
GETTING TO MAEPS:
By car:
If you’re driving through MAEPS, enter through GATE 1 of MAEPS:

By shuttle bus:
There are alternative parking locations around the Serdang areas, with free shuttles to MAEPS:
- Lobby, Moxy Putrajaya – the hotel is next to IOI City Mall
- UPM MRT Station
- Shuttles leave the above locations from every 2 hour on public days (9-15 May 2025) – expect delay on the weekend
By train & grab:
MAEPS can be reached through Grab, from the nearest KTM Komuter station (Serdang) or ERL (Putrajaya).
By Grab: Pick-up/Drop-off at Laman Tiba
- Autoshow visitors using e-hailing services can be dropped at the Grab Drop-off Area located at Laman Tiba, after entering MAEPS through Gate 1.
- Please inform our staff that you are using e-hailing services.
- Grab users can search “MAEPS” and choose the “Pickup & Drop Off” as your destination (refer below)
- Only Grab drivers with e-hailing sticker is valid to enter the pick-up/drop-off point area
- Note: VIPs and Lalamove will share the same pick-up and drop-off point
PARKING
Parking for cars:
- Parking is available at MAEPS but may not accommodate all visitors. Only Gate 1 is open for entry. Please refer to the map for directions to Gate 1, MAEPS and follow the signs to access the designated parking area.
- If you entered through Gate 2, please proceed to park at Parking Zone F
- Parking fee is RM5 per entry via Touch ‘n Go. Ensure your card has sufficient balance.
- To help you remember where you parked, we recommend taking a photo of your parking zone.
- Vehicles with valid OKU stickers may park in the designated OKU parking area. Please inform our staff upon arrival for assistance. (Parking is free for OKU vehicles.)
Parking for motorcycles (ZONE A1):
- Parking for motorcycles is available at MAEPS, but may not accommodate everyone. Head to Gate 1, MAEPS and follow the signs to access the motorcycle parking area (refer to the map for details)
- Motorcycles with valid OKU stickers may park at the OKU parking lot, please inform our staff to direct you to the parking.
- Helmet check-in services are available on the Autoshow grounds for your convenience at the motorcycle parking at RM2 per helmet (subject to availability of storage space). Look for the signs that say “Helmet check in”.
ONCE You’re in MAEPS and Malaysia Autoshow 2025
- Once you have parked, walk to the nearest Autoshow tram pick-up point to board the tram that will take you to Laman Tiba. The estimated interval between trams is 15 minutes.
- The tram will drop you off at Laman Tiba. From there, proceed to the ticketing counters to purchase your tickets.
- There will be 2 lanes at the ticketing counter:
- Fast Lane/Special Lane (with purchased tickets and QR code)
- Purchase Tickets (To purchase tickets on-site)
- Please have your QR code ready before approaching the ticketing counter.
- Once you’re in the Malaysia Autoshow, speak to our guides should you need assistance!
HELP DESK
- The help desk and Lost & Found is located in the Hall A
- You can get assistance from our help desk if you have lost any items.
LOCATIONS OF SURAU & TOILETS
- SURAU: Located behind hall C, D1 & D2
- TOILET: Available in every hall
MEDIC & POLICE
- Police are stationed outside of Hall A
- Medics are located at three locations: in front of Hall A, inside Hall DG, and at the ticketing area (Laman Tiba). Refer to image below:
EMERGENCY ASSEMBLY POINT
In case of an emergency, please assemble at these two points:
- Exhibitor Parking Area (behind Hall D)
- Laman Tiba
KID ZONE AREA
- There is a kid zone area located in Hall D and D1
- Parents and guardians are kindly advised to closely supervise their children to ensure their safety
HOW TO LEAVE MAEPS AND MALAYSIA AUTOSHOW
- You may walk to the tram pick-up point at Laman Tiba. The trams will take you back to your designated parking zone.
- Please remember your parking location to avoid getting off at the wrong zone.
- Make sure to board the correct tram heading to your parking zone.
