One of the highlights of Media Day is the guided tours of exhibitors unveiling their newest model launches. Gain firsthand insights into groundbreaking technology and visionary design that are set to shape the future of the automotive industry.

CRITERIA
Media registration for Malaysia Autoshow 2025 is open to members of the media that meet the following criteria:
- Editors, journalists, photographers/videographers of a printed news publication, news website, social media page that regularly publishes automotive news, or news related to automotive industry, motoring news or automotive lifestyle.
- The publication refer to the subject of automotive/motoring or subjects related to motoring (such as business, lifestyle, technology etc), and NOT about an individual/personality (the accreditation team will differentiate this during the application process.
- The publication must show proof of regular content on their outlet as part of the accreditation process.
ACCREDITATION PROCESS
Members of the media that would like to gain accreditation must follow the process below:
- Submit your online application through the form below – the closing date for application is 15th April 2025.
- Each organisation may submit one form (and nominate the main applicant), which contains details of all members that will require a media pass. Please allow for 3 – 14 working days for the approval process to complete.
- If the accreditation is approved, your main applicant will receive an email containing your accreditation slip (with a unique accreditation number).
- Please bring along the media accreditation slip to the media registration counter to receive your media passes on the 8th May 2025 (Malaysia Autoshow 2025 Media Day)
- Any registration received after 15th April 2025 may undergo a same-day registration at the venue. We strongly recommend submitting your accreditation request through the online application to avoid delays of manual processing during the registration day.
- Each form allows you to register up to 6 members (including the main applicant). If you need to bring more than 6 members to the event, please submit a separate form. However, please note that each form (and its set of members) will require approval from the Malaysia Autoshow media committee in order for access to be granted. We may be contacting you to inquire reasons to the request for additional members at the Autoshow.
- The Malaysia Autoshow media committee reserves full rights to grant/deny any application and/or access to privileges granted through the media accreditation process.
