WHEN AND WHERE IS THE EVENT TAKING PLACE?

 Open to the public daily

   Date:         22 – 26 May 2024 (Wednesday– Sunday)

   Venue:      MAEPS Serdang

   Opening Hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily (Last Entry: 9:30 PM)

WHAT ARE THE EVENTS OPENING AND CLOSING TIMING?

Last Entry: 9:30 PM

Important Information:

  • Tickets are valid for single-day entry only. Once used, they cannot be reused for re-entry on a different day.
  • Arrive early to fully enjoy all the exhibitions and activities.

WHAT IS THE TICKET PRICE?

  • Normal Ticket prices: RM20 per person/day for visitors 10 years old and above 
  • Each ticket is valid for one day at the Malaysia Autoshow only.

    Concessions (Proof of age (MyKad/MyKid/Passport) is required before entrance):

    OKU – Free (with valid OKU card)
    Senior citizens 60 and above – Free

HOW TO GET TO MAEPS?

By Car:

If you’re driving to MAEPS, enter through Gate 1 of MAEPS:

 

By Shuttle Bus:

  • There are alternative parking locations around the Serdang areas, with free shuttles to MAEPS:
    • Lobby, Moxy Putrajaya – the hotel is next to IOI City Mall
    • L3 Main Entrance, The Mines Shopping Center – the location is next to Starbucks Drive-thru and Secret Recipe
  • Shuttles leave the above locations from 10am on public days (22-26 May 2024)
    • Buses depart once every hour on the 25th and 26th May 2024
    • Buses depart once every two hours on 22nd, 23rd and 24th May 2024
    • Last bus from MAEPS on all days is at 9pm.

 

By Train & Grab:

MAEPS can be reached through by Grab, from the nearest KTM Komuter station (Serdang) or ERL (Putrajaya).

By Grab: 

Autoshow visitors using e-hailing services can be dropped at the Grab Drop-off Area located at Laman Tiba, after entering MAEPS through Gate 1. Please inform our staff that you are using an e-hailing services.Grab users can search “MAEPS” and choose the “Pickup & Drop Off” as your destination (refer below)

WHERE CAN I PARK?

Parking for cars:

  • Parking is available at MAEPS, but may not accommodate everyone. Head to Gate 1, MAEPS and follow the signs to access the car parking area (refer to the map for details)
  • Parking fee is RM5 per car/per day, payable only by Touch N Go
  • Cars with valid OKU stickers may park at the OKU parking lot, please inform our staff to direct you to the parking. (Parking fee is free for OKU)

 

Parking for motorcycles:

  • Parking for motorcycles is available at MAEPS, but may not accommodate everyone. Head to Gate 1, MAEPS and follow the signs to access the motorcycle parking area (refer to the map for details)
  • Motorcycles with valid OKU stickers may park at the OKU parking lot, please inform our staff to direct you to the parking.
  • Helmet check-in services are available on the Autoshow grounds for your convenience at the motorcycle parking at RM1 per helmet (subject to availability of storage space). Look for the signs that say “Helmet check in”.

HOW TO JOIN THE LUCKY DRAW?

Download the App: Once you arrive at the venue, make sure to download the MALAYSIA AUTOSHOW APP (MASA) from the App Store or Google Play Store. This will ensure you’re all set to participate in the lucky draw and stay updated on all the latest activities. You will find the QR code at the venue in the main areas.

Lucky Draw Activation: Once at Laman Tiba, kick off your Autoshow journey by scanning the QR code at the dome to activate your Lucky Draw Digital Passport. This is your first stop before heading to the exhibition halls located beyond the ticketing counter.

Exploring the Exhibition Halls: After check-in, venture into the exhibition halls and scan the QR codes at each spot for a chance to win incredible prizes! From dash cams to motorbikes and cars, there’s something exciting waiting for you at every turn.

WHEN AND WHERE IS THE LUCKY DRAW ANNOUNCED?

Lucky Draw Announcement: The lucky draw winners will be announced at the MARii Booth inside of Hall D, daily at 4:00pm.

HOW TO ENTER THE EVENT?

Ticket Check- In and Fast Lane Entry: Prepare your QR code for a swift check-in process at the Fast Lane. The line moves quickly, so having your QR code ready will help expedite your entry into the event halls.

Re-entry: If you wish to re-enter the event on the same day make sure you get the chop on your way out. If you fail to do so you will be forced to purchase another ticket to re-enter.

WHERE DO I REDEEM THE LUCKY DRAW IF I WIN?

Redemption Counter: If you have won any gifts or lucky draw prizes, you can collect them at our redemption counter located at Laman Tiba. We also have fun activities happening there, so don’t miss out! Bring along your IC for verification and make sure to read the terms and conditions clearly to understand your entitlement.

WHERE IS THE HELP DESK?

  • The Help desk is located in the Ticketing Area 
  • You can get assistance from our help desk if you have lost any items.

LOCATIONS OF TOILETS AND SURAU

  • Hall A: Near the main entrance, to the right of Booth A1.
  • Hall A1: Next to the central information desk.
  • Hall A2: At the back near the service entrance.
  • Hall B: Adjacent to Booth B5, left side.
  • Hall C: Next to the Exhibitor Lounge.
  • Hall D: Near the emergency exit at the back.
  • Laman Tiba: Behind the stage area.
  • Sure – Behind Hall C

MEDIC & POLICE

  • Police are stationed between Hall A and Hall A1

  • Medics are located at three locations: in front of Hall C, behind Hall D, and at the drop-off area at Laman Tiba. Refer to the image below.
